Don't make the number one early stage mistake

Do not build a cheap proof of concept. Or if you do, complete accept that when you employ experienced developers, they will be better off scraping that and starting again. This cannot be overstated.

What will this cause?

  1. Bad decisions will be made on the tech stack, and you won't be able to find suitable engineers. For example, a full stack app that uses something niche in the API/CRUD layer (i.e. anything other than JavaScript is just inappropriate).

Is it worth it?
